The 90-Day Operator Sprint.

Get cited by AI, ranked on Google, and running on real numbers within 90 days. From an operator who ran $54M+ in F&B P&L, not a marketing consultant.

$750 setup + $250 /month × 6 months
Total: $2,250 · Cancel anytime after month 6

15 min. No sales pitch. Eric picks up.

What you get

Twelve weeks of operator-run work. Priced so you can afford it.

Day 1 · Bay Area onsite kickoff

  • Priority ranking of the 3 biggest levers for your next 90 days
Week 1-4 · Foundation
  • Google Business Profile deep optimization (photos, categories, services, hours, attributes)
  • Local citation cleanup on 20 core directories
  • 15 new high-authority citations added
  • AI-answer optimization for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude, targeted so your business shows up in AI answers for buyer-intent queries

  • Weekly Google Business Profile posts (48 across the 6-month Sprint)
  • Monthly plain-English dashboard: what changed, what's next, what to ignore
  • Monthly 15-minute operator call with Eric (an operator briefing on your numbers, not a discovery pitch)

  • Trilingual GBP posts if your audience needs them (EN · KO · ES · native)

  • Quarterly Ops Checkup add-on (P&L labor + food cost review)
  • Restaurant Owner's SEO Cheatsheet PDF (applies to any Bay Area SMB)
This is not for you if

Honest disqualifiers, up front.

  • You need a Google #1 ranking guarantee. Nobody honestly promises that. Anyone who does is using black-hat tactics that will penalize your site.
  • You want $99/mo automated everything. That price point only buys tools with no human review. You'll get spammed with reports, not results.
  • You're outside the Bay Area and don't want onsite kickoff. The onsite is core to the Sprint. We do remote engagements too, but that's a different service.
  • You're publicly-traded, enterprise, or venture-scale. This is a small business Sprint. WebFX or Neil Patel Digital fit you better.
  • You want a discovery call before you'll consider anything. The Sprint is public, priced, and specific. If you need a discovery call to evaluate it, you probably want a different agency.
Why we don't guarantee rankings

Because the guarantee is the scam.

Every SEO agency that "guarantees rankings" is either using black-hat tactics that get your site penalized, or ranking you for keywords nobody actually searches for. Read that again. The guarantee is the scam.

What we do promise:

  • Every deliverable in the Sprint gets delivered on the timeline above.
  • Every citation, post, and audit gets logged in your dashboard so you can verify.
  • Every conversation is with Eric, not an account manager.
  • Every price is published on this page. No hidden fees.

We won't promise you'll rank #1. We will promise Eric does the work, you see the work, and you know what changed. That's a real promise. The other kind is marketing.

Questions about the Sprint.

Why 6-month minimum?

Local SEO takes 60 to 90 days to show real movement. 6 months lets us do the work, measure it, adjust, and hand you a system that keeps working. Any less and you'd cancel before the Sprint even finished.

Why $250/mo specifically?

It's what the work costs at the scale we run. Higher and we'd be overcharging for a Sprint. Lower and we'd be undercharging for real human work, and you'd end up with the same automated-tools trap that gives cheap SEO its bad name.

What if I need more than the Sprint delivers?

The Sprint is the entry point. After it runs, upgrade to Get Found Pro at $997/mo, add Web Development, add Ops Management, add Dashboards. Higher tiers exist for buyers who need more scope.

What if I want to cancel during the 6 months?

The 6-month bundle is locked because the work is front-loaded. After month 6, cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Can we do this remotely if I'm outside the Bay Area?

The Sprint is Bay Area onsite because the kickoff meeting matters. If you're outside the area and want the Sprint pattern, talk to Eric about a hybrid engagement.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

The freelancer runs automated tools with no operator credibility, no dashboard, no monthly call, and no access to anyone if something breaks. You get Eric, who ran $54M+ in F&B P&L, plus a real dashboard, plus 4-hour text response. If price is your only criterion, hire the freelancer. If quality matters, the Sprint is a category apart.
