Selected client feedback, by relationship.
Client testimonials, grouped by the way we worked together: Foundation, Growth, Care and Operations.
Those reviews were collected across our previous Google Business Profile and other review platforms. After our rebrand and profile migration, many are not currently visible on the new listings.
Two of these testimonials were shortened on 8 September 2026. Each ended on a sentence describing a result, and we do not hold documentation for either result. Under the FTC's Endorsement Guides a testimonial about a key attribute is read as typical of what customers generally achieve unless the advertiser can substantiate it, and a disclaimer does not cure that, so the sentence came out rather than a caveat going in. Nothing was reworded: what remains is the client's own words, ending a sentence earlier.
SEOD Foundation
Building the digital foundation
Our old website technically worked, but it did not explain why customers should choose us. Eric helped us simplify the message, organize our services, and make the next step obvious. The finished site feels professional and finally represents the quality of our business.
We previously had different people handling our website, hosting, and marketing. Nobody took responsibility when something went wrong. SEOD brought everything together and gave us one team we could rely on.
The new website is cleaner, faster, and much easier to use on a phone. More importantly, customers now understand what we offer without having to call us for basic information.
SEOD Growth
Getting found and winning more customers
Eric told us not to rebuild our website because the existing site could be improved. That earned my trust. They focused the budget on the pages and search terms that could actually produce customers.
They did not promise overnight rankings or pretend every visitor would become a customer. They showed us what was limiting our traffic, what we could fix first, and how long meaningful progress would take. The process felt realistic and well managed.
SEOD improved our Google profile, corrected inconsistent business information, and helped us build a better review process.
SEOD Care
Keeping it working after launch
Most web companies disappear after launch. SEOD stayed involved, watched how the site performed, and continued improving it based on actual customer behavior.
I used to discover website problems after a customer complained. SEOD now catches broken forms, outdated information, and technical issues before they cost us business.
The biggest benefit is peace of mind. Our website is monitored, backed up, and kept current. I no longer spend my evenings trying to figure out plugins, security warnings, or hosting problems.
We run a busy operation and do not have someone internally who can manage the website. Care gives us reliable support without the cost of hiring another employee.
SEOD Operations
Making the business work behind the marketing
Eric spent time understanding how the business actually operated before suggesting changes. He found several points where leads were getting delayed between the website, phone calls, and our internal team.
We had procedures, but every manager followed them differently. SEOD helped us simplify the workflows, document the most important steps, and create standards the team could realistically maintain.
We had plenty of demand, but our systems were inconsistent and too much depended on the owner. The team helped us connect scheduling, training, customer communication, and performance tracking into a more reliable operation.
Our management meetings used to be based on opinions. SEOD built a simple dashboard around the numbers that actually mattered. Now we can identify problems earlier, assign ownership, and measure whether the solution worked.
