How this works

You don’t have to pick the acronym.

Choosing between SEO, local SEO, AI search, paid ads, conversion work, and automation means buying a solution before anyone has diagnosed the problem. We would rather not put that decision on you.

So we work the other way around. You tell us the goal or the problem. We review the business, work out what is actually holding it back, and recommend the mix. If the honest answer is that you need one thing and not six, that is what we will tell you.

Growth starts with what the business actually needs, not a prebuilt bundle.

The tools we draw on

What a Growth plan can include

These are our tools, not your shopping list. A plan usually uses a few of them, in an order that makes sense for your situation.

Search visibility

Being found when someone looks for what you sell.

Local search

Maps, your Google Business Profile, and the local pack.

AI search visibility

Showing up when people ask an assistant instead of a search box.

Content

Answering the questions your customers are already asking.

Reviews and reputation

Getting them, responding to them, and keeping them current.

Advertising

Paid search and social, when the maths works.

Landing pages

Pages built for one job instead of five.

Conversion optimization

Fixing where interested people give up.

Lead response and automation

Making sure an inquiry does not sit unanswered.

Analytics and measurement

Knowing which of the above is actually paying.

Pricing

Custom, after we have looked.

We do not publish a Growth price list, because a number attached to a bundle you may not need is not transparency. It is a guess with a price tag on it.

What we do publish: the review comes first, the recommendation is written down, and the price is fixed before any work starts. Serious work. Fair pricing.

Most Growth plans begin with a 90-day initial term, then continue month-to-month.

Questions

Why won’t you publish a price for Growth?

Because the work is not the same for two businesses. A restaurant with a strong site and no local presence needs a different plan from a contractor whose calls go unanswered. We publish the Foundation and Care prices because those are consistent. Growth is not, so we quote it after the review.

Do I need to already know what is wrong?

No. That is what the Business Growth Review is for. Tell us the symptom, for example that the phone is quieter than it was, and we will work out the cause.

Can you work with our existing website?

Usually yes, and we would rather. If it is holding the results back we will say so and show you why, but replacing it is a decision, not a default.

Do you handle advertising as well as search?

Yes, when the maths supports it. If your site cannot convert the traffic you already have, we will normally fix that before we spend money sending more.

How long am I committed to?

Most Growth plans begin with a 90-day initial term, then continue month-to-month. The reason is delivery rather than lock-in: search, content, and advertising work needs enough time to be executed, measured, and improved rather than judged after a few weeks. Some project-based or specialized engagements run to a different term, and when they do we state it in the scope before anything is signed.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Where onboarding, discovery, technical setup, or account configuration is needed, that work is written into the scope and the quote rather than added as a separate fee.
