Care exists so that does not happen to you. We protect what was built, keep it current, watch the numbers, and make the small improvements that keep it from ageing.

Ongoing monthly article production is not automatically included beyond those six months. Active content and customer acquisition belong in SEOD Growth.
Accessibility regressions
Websites change after launch.
Care helps monitor for accessibility regressions caused by new content, plugins, widgets, embeds, vendor systems and platform updates. A site that was tested and clean at launch can drift the first time someone adds a page.

How Care works day to day
What happens when you need something.
No ticket queue and no portal to learn. You send it, we confirm what is needed, and it gets done.

Questions
How long am I committed to Care?
Every Foundation project continues into six months of SEOD Care, beginning in Month 2 and covering Months 2 through 7. After that, Care continues month to month for as long as it is useful. A newly built site is exactly when neglect costs the most, which is why those first six months are part of the project rather than an upsell afterwards.
What counts as a small update?
Changing hours or staff, swapping photos, updating a service description, adding a page section, fixing a form, that sort of thing. Around three to four a month. Bigger work gets quoted separately.
What if I need more than Care covers?
We tell you before doing it, and quote it. We will not quietly absorb it and we will not quietly skip it.
Can I cancel?
After those first six months, yes, month to month. No annual contract.
