Track A (base)

Cloud, default for Manage

Covers 1 to 2 Cloud agents running on Claude (Anthropic) or OpenAI API. CRM, email, scheduling, and POS integrations tuned monthly.

Model API costs and tooling fees baked into the base retainer at fixed pricing. No surprise bills.

Track B (addon)

Local addon, one sensitive workflow

+$200 to $500/mo on top of base, plus Track B setup fee. For clients who need one Local agent alongside Cloud workflows (donor segmentation alongside cloud volunteer intake, patient intake alongside cloud appointment reminders, etc.).

Hardware: Mac mini onsite, M4 16/512 baseline, M4 24/1TB available as paid upgrade. Local LLM (Llama 3) runs on the device. Data never leaves your premises.

Thirty minutes. Last month's numbers, what changed, what we're prioritizing next month, anything you flagged on your end.

Written summary with next-month targets
