Bay Area data + BI

Know what is making money.

Most dashboards get opened twice and then ignored, because a chart is not a decision. SEOD builds the read, not just the report: what changed this month, why it changed, and what you should do next. Wired to Toast, GA4, Google Business Profile, ad platforms, and your POS. Built by an operator who ran $54M+ in P&L. From $497/mo.

The value stack

The dashboard is the interface. The decision is the product.

Anyone can pipe your data into charts. The part that changes how your month goes is the sentence underneath the chart. Every SEOD dashboard answers the same three questions, in this order, every month.

Question 01

Here is what changed.

Revenue, covers, calls, direction requests, cost per lead, whichever numbers actually run your business. One view, pulled from the tools you already pay for, so you stop reconciling seven tabs on a Monday.

Question 02

Here is why it changed.

The part almost nobody ships. A written read, in plain English, connecting the movement to a cause: a campaign, a season, a staffing week, a competitor, or nothing at all. Sometimes the honest answer is that a number moved for no reason worth chasing.

Question 03

Here is what to do next.

One recommendation, ranked, with what it costs and what it should return. Not nine ideas. The single next move an operator can act on this week, plus what we are deliberately ignoring and why.

If a month produces no decision worth making, we say that too. A dashboard that manufactures urgency every month is a dashboard you stop trusting.

Who this is for

Operators who want a real read.

  • Operators who need a real read on the business, not a vanity dashboard
  • Restaurants watching labor, COGS, and covers against sales
  • Contractors tracking jobs, margins, and lead sources in one view
  • Med spas and salons that live on rebooking rate and service mix
  • Home care agencies juggling hours, payroll, and referral sources
  • Real estate teams tying pipeline, spend, and closings together
The ladder

Build it once. Keep it honest.

Every price published. The monthly tier is month to month, cancel any time. Deep one-off work runs as a scoped Custom Data Project.

Dashboard Build

$997 flat

Custom dashboard in Looker Studio or Airtable, built in 2 to 3 weeks. One-time. Recommended followup is monthly analysis at $497/mo.

Custom Data Project

$3,000 to $15,000 flat

One-off deep work: labor-cost audit, menu engineering, customer segmentation, cohort analysis, or P&L reconstruction. Scoped on the consult.

Common questions

Straight answers on dashboards + data.

What data sources do you connect to?

Toast, GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile Insights, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and QuickBooks are the common ones. If your source has an API or a clean export, we can usually pull it. We scope the exact list on the consult so nothing gets promised that will not connect.

Do I need to buy Looker Studio or another BI tool?

Looker Studio is free, so most builds cost you nothing extra on the tool side. If we build in Airtable or your data needs a tool with a paid tier, you pay that license directly to the vendor. We never mark it up. We tell you the tool cost before we build.

Can I get a custom dashboard for a source you have not listed?

Usually yes. If the source has an API or exports clean data, we can connect it. If it is a closed system with no export, we will tell you straight on the consult instead of billing you to find out. That is the honest read of what is actually possible.

What if my data is messy?

That is the normal starting point, not a problem. Cleaning and reconciling messy data is part of the build. If it is a deep mess, a labor-cost audit or P&L reconstruction, that runs as a Custom Data Project scoped separately so you see the cost upfront.

Who owns the dashboard when I cancel?

You do. The dashboard is built in your accounts on your data. If you cancel, it stays with you and keeps running on the free tools. Monthly analysis and the review call stop, but the dashboard itself is yours to keep. No hostage situation.
