The business required consistent multi-unit operating standards across labor, food costs, food safety, staffing, training, vendor management, and day-to-day store execution. Performance could vary significantly by location and manager, making consistency and accountability critical.

What the work covered.

Led and supported restaurant operations across locations, including labor and COGS management, store-level performance reviews, food-safety and health-compliance processes, SOP development and implementation, employee training, vendor coordination, and operational troubleshooting. Also supported customer experience and local marketing initiatives where appropriate.

The outcome.

Established more consistent operating standards across locations, improved management visibility into store performance, and created clearer processes for labor, food cost, compliance, training, and daily execution.
