What happens after I send this?
A person reads it, not an autoresponder. We reply during our coverage hours and, if it looks like a fit, we book a Business Growth Review: we look at your brand, website, search presence, advertising, and numbers before recommending anything.
Do I need to know which service I need?
No. That is our job. Tell us what is happening in plain language, for example that the phone is quieter than it was, or that the website looks dated. We work out which of Foundation, Growth, Care, or Operations actually fits, and we will say so if the honest answer is a smaller piece of work than you expected.
Does SEOD work outside the Bay Area?
Yes. SEOD is Bay Area based, with a strong focus on California and Hawaii, and works with businesses across the United States. Most of the work is done remotely regardless of location.
Can SEOD meet onsite?
In the Bay Area, yes, and it is genuinely useful for Operations work. Outside the Bay Area we would need to talk about it case by case rather than promise it up front.
When can I reach SEOD?
Our response coverage runs from 7 AM to 11 PM Pacific. Text to 707-718-3579 carries a 4-hour response window during those hours. Email goes to eric@seod.com and is reviewed the same way.
